Today a select bunch of the main card fighters for UFC 143 were in attendance for the UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit Open Workouts. UFC.com photographer Josh Hedges was on scene to take some rad shots of main event fighters Carlos Condit and Nick Diaz. He was also able to grab some action shots of main card fighters Roy Nelson, Fabricio Werdum, Josh Koscheck and Mike Pierce.

Ed Herman hopes that 2012 continues as his 2011 ended. After suffering a horrific knee injury in a fight against Aaron Simpson, Herman spent nearly two years on the shelf after surgery. He was able to return to the octagon triumphantly, gaining wins over Tim Credeur and Kyle Noke.
