XFC 19 went down in Charlotte, North Carolina last Friday night. In what was a pretty eventful card, there was one fight that stood out. A one armed MMA fighter named Nick Newell (8-0) continued his winning ways by defeating David Mays via KO at the two minute mark of the first round.
Joe Lauzon racked up two bonuses for his awesome fight with Jamie Varner. He ended the fight with a spectacular triangle submission.
