UFC on FOX 7 takes place this Saturday night from the HP Pavilion in Anaheim, California.
In the main event, Benson Henderson will look to defend his lightweight strap against Strikeforce Lightweight Champion Gilbert Melendez. Scrapping it out in the co-main event is Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix winner Daniel Cormier and former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir.
Rounding out the main card on FOX is Nate Diaz vs. Josh Thomson and Matt Brown vs. Jordan Mein.
All eight main card fighters were on hand for media coverage today and immediately after, UFC President Dana White did his usual media scrum. He went for nearly an hour covering everything from Georges St-Pierre to his Meniere’s disease to Matt Mitrione and more.
