Fight Music: UFC’s Johny “Bigg Rigg” Hendricks

On May 5th, Johny Hendricks (13-1)  beat Josh Koscheck at UFC on FOX 3 and became one of the top guys in the UFC’s welterweight division. For Hendricks, when he is working out or driving around in his truck,  he likes to listen to country music. You can’t blame him as he was born in Ada, Oklahoma and now fights out of Dallas, Texas.  Don’t confuse Hendrick’s southern charm, and his country music taste for weakness; Johny can bring the pain.

Oh man, right now one of my personal favorites is “Bait a Hook,” by Justin Moore or the song “Springsteen,” by Eric Church.

Have a listen and see if you country music is something you can add to your work out play list. These songs aren’t bad.

You can find Johny Hendricks in the social media universe @johnyhendricks or on his Facebook page. He is also an Ecko MMA Fighter and trains out of Team Takedown.

Make sure to check out UFC’s Jim Miller “Fight Music” from last week.
