Full fight card announced for PXC 36

The Pacific Xtreme Combat is set to showcase its 2nd event of 2013 with PXC 36, which is set to go down on March 8th at the UOG Field House situated in Mangilao, Guam.

The promotion made the announcement through its official Facebook page.

PXC 36 is set to be headlined by a rematch between Trevin Jones (2-1) and promotional staple, Kyle Aguon (4-3). The former had his hand raised in their 1st meeting at PXC 23, gaining a Unanimous Decision victory. Jones has since gone 1-1 under the PXC banner. Aguon, in the meantime, most recently competed at PXC 34, submitting Steve Grandeza in the 1st stanza. He’s currently riding on a 2-fight win streak.

The co-Main event pits former 1-time Invicta FC competitor Kaiyana Rain (0-1), against MMA debutant, Kailin Curran (0-0). While the latter fighter is set to fight for the first time in Mixed Martial Arts, Rain will be looking to get the 1st win of her career as well, following the setback she suffered against Tecia Torres at Invicta FC 3.

The card is also set to feature hot Japanese prospect Michinori Tanaka (6-0), who will be locking horns with promotional newcomer, Caleb Vallotton (3-1). Tanaka was originally slated to face Joe Taimanglo at PXC 35, however, an injury ruled Taimanglo out, forcing officials to scratch the bout entirely from the card.
