Gilbert Yvel vs. Houston Alexander official for March

Resurrection Fighting Alliance have got a hard-hitting main event slated for their event in March pitting UFC cast-offs Gilbert Yvel and Houston Alexander against one another.

Yvel recently made the move down to light-heavyweight after spending most of his career at heavyweight, the deadly Muay-Thai striker has jaw-crushing power in his hands and will look to continue his run at 205-pounds.

Alexander is also known for his high-volume punching power and holds notable wins over  Keith Jardine,  Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou & Alessio Sakara.

“The main event is a huge fight between two bad dudes,” said promoter Wayne Harriman stated in a recent interview. “Fight fans are in for a great one when those guys step into the cage.”

Today Gilbert Yvel spoke to MMASucka.com confirming his  date with the power-puncher:

“I fight March 30 in Nevraska against Houston Alexander” he continued “It will be a good fight, I will beat him up [laughs]”

Although there is no way to catch the action online if your in the area be sure to head out to watch these two throw their fists of fury.
