Gina Carano To Return In December

The true face of women’s MMA has been “Haywire” lately. Yes that was sort of tongue in cheek. She was off for the last little while filming a Steven Soderbergh film called Haywire.

Carano was then expected to return June 18 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, during the Overeem vs. Werdum Strikeforce event against Sarah D’Alelio. Unfortunately not only to Carano, but to her fans as well Carano was removed from the card for unknown reasons.

According to The Wrestling Observer, Carano will make her return on the December 17. A card that will also feature a bout between Strikeforce Lightweight Champion Gilbert Melendez and Jorge Masvidal.

Are you excited to see Carano make her return? Does she have what it takes to make it back to the top?
