Two Fights Scrubbed Ahead of Tonight’s Show
Originally, Invicta FC 59 was to have featured a seven-fight slate tonight. This changed ahead of the event when it was announced that Natalie Salcedo (3-0 MMA, 1-0 Invicta) wasn’t cleared to make the walk for her atomweight contest versus Giullany Perea (2-0 MMA, 1-0 Invicta) this evening.
Subsequent to the postponement of this fight, Invicta FC officials revealed that the pairing is due to be rebooked on a later show.
In addition, the planned featherweight affair pairing Riley Martinez (4-0 MMA, 1-0 Invicta) against Jackie Cataline (5-3 MMA, 1-0 Invicta) was scrubbed earlier tonight by order of the Georgia State Athletic Commission and will also be booked for another night. As a result, five fights will make up Invicta FC 59 on this evening.
Unfortunately the featherweight bout between Riley Martinez and Jackie Cataline has been canceled from the #InvictaFC59 card. It will be rescheduled for a future event.
