Kyle Kingsbury will square off against UFC newcomer Jimi Manuwa on the preliminary card of UFC on FUEL TV 5.
UFC officials announced the bout on Tuesday.
Kingsbury (11-4) has found himself in a rough spot, as he is on a two fight losing streak. Prior to his last two fights, he racked up an impressive four fight win streak. However, Stephan Bonnar and Glover Teixeira put that skid on hold. Now Kingsbury is in a must-win situation.
Manuwa (11-0) will make his UFC debut at UFC on FUEL TV 5. The UK native, began his MMA career on just three weeks training and has gone an impressive 11-0. In all 11 fights, he has 11 straight stoppages, 9 of which were in the first round.
