With Manny Gamburyan out, Chad Mendes scratched from UFC 157 fight card

Just days ago, Manny Gamburyan announced that he was forced to withdraw from his UFC 157 main card fight with Chad Mendes due to numerous injuries. Unfortunately, it looks like Mendes has also been scratched from the card.

According to UFC.com and the bout card order, the Brendan Schaub vs. Lavar Johnson match-up will now be moved to the main card.

UFC 157 will take place February 23 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California and will be headlined by UFC women’s champion Ronda Rousey who will take on Liz Carmouche.
