It’s official: “The Count” will do battle with the “Filipino Wrecking Machine” on October 26th in Manchester, UK.

Michael “The Count” Bisping (24-5) is the UFC’s preeminent star in the United Kingdom. The Ultimate Fighter alumnus has fought nearly everyone of note in the Zuffa-owned promotion’s middleweight division, and has – for the most part – been successful in doing so. The brash Brit was last seen defeating Alan Belcher by technical decision at UFC 159, due to a poke to the previously injured eye of “The Talent.” Will Bisping be able to vault himself back into contendership talk with a victory of “The Filipino Wrecking Machine?”
Mark “The Filipino Wrecking Machine” Munoz (13-3) returned from injury to the UFC with a vengeance earlier this year, dominating Tim Boetsch in his first fight in over a year. The Fil-Am wrestler, known for his vicious ground and pound and gregarious demeanor, Munoz is also one of the UFC’s most famous Asian ambassadors. “The Filipino Wrecking Machine” will be going into this fight with his eyes set on the prize of a shot at the UFC Middleweight Title. Will he be able to defeat “The Count” and earn a rematch with current champ Chris Weidman?
