A featherweight battle between Max Holloway and Cub Swanson has been set for UFC on FOX 15 on April 18.
The match-up was announced following Holloway’s UFC Fight Night 60 victory by commentator Jon Anik.
Max Holloway draws Cub Swanson at UFC on FOX 15
Holloway (12-3) earned a unanimous decision in his most recent outing against Cole Miller at UFC Fight Night in Colorado. He is currently riding a five-fight winning streak, with four of those coming via stoppage.
Swanson (21-6) is coming off his first loss in three years, against former lightweight champion Frankie Edgar at UFC Fight Night 57 last November. Prior to that loss, Swanson was riding an impressive six-fight winning streak.
The bout Holloway vs. Swanson bout will likely take place on the evening’s main card.
UFC on FOX 15 takes place from Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on April 18. In the main event, Lyoto Machida takes on Luke Rockhold.
