What the MMASucka.com Staff are thankful for this Thanksgiving

It’s Thanksgiving in the United States of America and that means spending time with family, friends and eating way too much food.

At this time of year, we also give thanks to people and things we often times just take for granted.

So, take a break from the turkey and pumpkin pie and check out what the MMASucka.com staff are thankful for.

Jeremy Brand

This past year has been a tough one for the UFC, however I am still thankful for the fact that we are able to enjoy this fantastic sport. I am thankful for all of the staff here at MMASucka.com for their constant efforts and great content. Last but not least, Ronda Rousey.

Adam Martin

Thanks to MMA for providing me with a way to earn my living by watching and observing the greatest sport in the world. I don’t know what I would be doing with my life if I didn’t have MMA in it.

JP Lasaleta

Thank you MMA for giving wrestlers a place to compete after their college and olympic years are done. Also thank you for bringing back Sensei Seagal.

Shawn Smith

Thank you MMA for giving me a sport to get behind. I feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to watch and get to know many of the greatest athletes in the world. I’m also thankful for all the friends I’ve met in the MMA community, many of which I have become good friends with outside of the sport.

Justin Faux

I am thankful for many things in MMA. I love the violence, the spectacle and the battle of mights, but above all else in the past year I am most thankful for Strikeforce’s demise, snatching some great talents from the pits of purgatory and setting us up for a great 2013.

Henry Lai

Thank you MMA for continuing the legacy of Bruce Lee. Also, thank you for giving me a reason to sit in a bar with other guys for hours and hours while consuming beer and then many more hours afterwards talking and writing about it hungover…

Carlin Bardsley

I’m thankful to the sport for allowing so many to live their dreams, for bringing millions around the world moments of joy, for reminding us that some sports never go on strike, and for keeping me from having to work a real job.

Trevor Dueck

Thanks to MMA for giving me an outlet to get me away from my wife.

Thinesh John

Thanks to the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, I’ve had the honor to watch some of the greatest athletes hone their skills in professional competition. The continuous violence, aggression and tenacity has got me hooked since day one.

Also, we’d like to thank you, the fans of MMA and MMASucka.com for giving us a reason to do what we do. Let us know what you are thankful for?
