MMASucka’s UFC 224 staff picks

Main card staff picks are in.

UFC 224 goes down tonight with a solid pay-per-view lineup from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the main event, current champion Amanda Nunes looks to defend her bantamweight title against long-time UFC veteran Raquel Pennington. Nunes is coming off a split decision victory last September over now-flyweight competitor Valentina Shevchenko. This will be Pennington’s first fight in well over a year since defeating Miesha Tate at the historic UFC 205 card.

The co-main event sees a pivotal match-up between top middleweights Jacare Souza and Kelvin Gastelum. Three other fights will take place on the main card, all of the action beginning at 10:00pm ET.

The WINNER of staff picks will have a chance to receive a custom-made championship belt from ProAmBelts following completion of the 2018 calendar year! The 2017 winner was awarded to Wesley Riddle, compiling a record of 118-74 for main card fights. Staff picks compose of both Bellator and UFC fights taken place on the main card.

Check out our MMASucka main card staff picks for UFC 224 below, as well as current records in 2018.
