ONE Fight Night 30 is here! Tonight (US time,) Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand is the setting for an incredible evening of competitive violence. Live coverage of tonight’s action is seen wall-to-wall on Amazon Prime Video beginning at 8 pm ET/ 5 pm PT.

If you’re viewing the card in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Sky Sports will carry the event live Saturday morning at 1 am local time.  Elsewhere, this event will be available as a pay-per-view on ONE’s official Website.

All told, after yesterday’s weigh-ins, tonight’s show features 11 fights across the disciplines of MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and submission-only grappling.

ONE Fight Night 30 Main Event

At the top of the bill tonight, you’ll see a battle for the ONE Heavyweight Muay Thai Championship between incumbent titleholder Roman Kryklia, also the ONE Light Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion, and challenger Lyndon Knowles in the latter’s promotional debut.

This is an advertised maximum of five rounds at three minutes per round to close out the show. The three-knockdown rule is in effect for both the main event and co-main event of the evening.

Should a fighter knock their opponent down three times in the course of a round or four times in a match, that fighter will be the winner via technical knockout.

ONE Fight Night 30 Co-Main Event

Immediately beforehand, the co-main event of the evening sees kickboxing action at lightweight take place, but there’s been a change to the stakes of the bout. At yesterday’s official weigh-ins, now former ONE Lightweight Kickboxing Champion Regian Eersel didn’t make weight within the three-hour allotment.

As such, Eersel surrendered his title. Only challenger Alexis Nicolas can win the championship tonight.
