Pacific X-Treme Combat bolsters roster with three international fighters

The Pacific X-Treme Combat has added three international fighters to its fight roster.

The promotion today announced the signings of Kai Kamaka Jr. (1-0), Ryan Mulvihill (10-3) and Josh Gow (3-0), who have all signed exclusive fight deals for the next two years.

Details on any of the three’s promotional debuts, however, were not announced. The Pacific X-Treme Combat hosts its second event of the calendar year later this month on March 29th, with its forty-third installment set for the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City, Philippines.

Kamaka, a native of Hawaii, hails from the famed 808 Top Team camp which currently houses gems such as Russell Doane, Harris Sarmiento and Louis Smolka among others. A collegiate wrestler who’s known for his strong stand-up skills, the up-and-coming fighter will be looking to add more excitement to an already competitive Bantamweight division.

Mulvihill and Gow are stablemates of Sikjitsu, the very same gym that current UFC fighters Sam Sicilia, Michael Chiesa and Julianna Pena ply their trade in.

Mulvihill is the most experienced coup of the lot. He’s on a tear with a five-fight win streak that includes victories over current PXC vets Harris Sarmiento and Toby Misech.

Gow (pictured), meanwhile, made his pro MMA debut in March last year. He’s racked up three straight stoppage victories with his most recent appearance coming under the Battlefield Fight League banner in Canada. The Spokane, Washington native, of course, most recently took the headlines after a training session between him and the aforementioned Pena, ended in the latter facing a long spell on the sidelines.
