RYU featured in month-long promotion with MensFitness.com

September 25, 2012, LAS VEGAS – Today, Respect Your Universe, Inc. (“RYU”)(TSXV:RYU) (OTCBB: RYUN), http://www.ryu.com/, is thrilled to announce that on September 14^th RYU was featured on the homepage of MensFitness.com kicking-off a month long giveaway for workout enthusiasts and readers to “Win a RYU Training Gear Package”(http://www.mensfitness.com/giveaways/win-a-respect-your-universe-training-gear-package).

Running through October 14^th, five prize packages containing a RYU Full Zip-Fleece Hoodie, a pair of Wakizashi Performance Shorts, a Discipline Short-Sleeve Training T-Shirt and pair of Shorts, a Long  Sleeve Tanto Compression Training Top and Compression Shorts will be promoted by MensFitness.com and its social media outlets.

In addition to the MensFitness.com RYU gear package giveaways, getting underway on September 19^th MuscleandFitness.com also featured RYU on their homepage and launched another month long promotion and contest for readers to “Win Free Workout Gear from RYU” (http://www.muscleandfitness.com/giveaways/win-free-workout-gear-ryu) and stated “Getting swole in the gym doesn’t mean you can’t look good while you do it. Enter to win training gear from RYU.” 

In this online and social media promotion with MuscleandFitness.com, there will be 16 different RYU items from the Men’s Fall 2012 Collection up for grabs in three different prize packages that will run in collaboration with Muscle & Fitness’ November issue where RYU will receive the “starburst” cover promotion.  Hitting newsstands at the end of October, this will be one of RYU’s first prominent features in a national exercise, fitness and lifestyle publication and coinciding with the product promotion to win RYU gear, the RYU Tanto Long Sleeve Compression Top will also run in their November Gear Guide alongside other top performance apparel brands.
