Let’s be honest: Every now and then it’s fun to get down into the nitty-gritty statistics and see if we can’t perform some MMAth. While their win percentages are mirror images, I can’t help but think this will be a difficult fight for the tough-as-nails Rosi Sexton. She’s giving up three inches of reach, and is going up against someone who is, in my opinion, the most well-rounded of all Cesar Gracie-trained fighters in Alexis Davis. Still, despite the fact that Sexton is a natural flyweight and her two losses are by TKO, I can’t help but feel that the rush of competing in the UFC and on enemy territory will give her the boost she’ll need to take this fight to a decision. Whether she wins that decision or not remains to be seen, but I do predict this will be “Fight of the Night.”
