Just yesterday it was announced that Chad Mendes was dropped from the UFC 157 fight card because his opponent Manny Gamburyan was injured and no opponent was available on short notice. Well, it didn't take long for UFC matchmaker Joe Silva to find him a new card to fight on and a new opponent. At UFC on FOX 7, Mendes will square off against Clay "The Carpenter" Guida.
