More Post-UFC Tidbits: Dana’s Final Word on Torres, Rogan Worked for Free and More

Dana was uncommitted on whether or not Miguel Torres would ever fight in the UFC again after the Twitter scandal, saying only "We'll see". He did appreciate Torres' statement after the fact, but left no confusion on how he feels about his decision: "Nobody has any business making jokes about rape....It was from a TV show? Who gives a shit? This is not a TV show."

UFC Post-Fight: Dana Announces Flyweight Tournament, Nogueira Injury, More

Dana White announced the formation of a 125 pound Flyweight division, with the first champion being decided in a four man mini-tournament. White had told the media that the first fights will be held on March 3rd, likely on pay-per-view, but the UFC website has them listed for the "UFC on FX 2" card. The first fights will be Joseph Benavidez vs. Yasuhiro Urushitani and Ian McCall vs. Demetrious Johnson.

Driven Pokrajac Has New Ambitions after UFC 140 Win

Igor Pokrajac made short work of Krzysztof Soszynski, taking just thirty five seconds to knock out "The Polish Experiment". Coming off a six month layoff, he looked like a man possessed from the second Sosynski came within sight. The determination in his eyes was unmistakeable and his steely demeanor evoked memories of his mentor, the legendary Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic. To hear Pokrajac tell it though, it was just another day at the office.

Half-Cut Picks: UFC 140 – Jones vs. Machida

It's another edition of Half-Cut picks where I make stupid choices. I never claimed to be able to read the future, but I will tell you that the fights tonight are going to be awesome. At UFC 139 I went a miserable (2-3). Maybe it was good that I had a few weeks to stew on it before UFC 140 in Toronto, Ontario. It was probably expected since I went (4-1) at UFC on FOX. Nonetheless we will rebound with a solid Half-Cut Picks for this upcoming card.

Calm and Collected Claude Patrick Won’t be Distracted by Ebersole

Mississauga's own Claude Patrick stands with a bit of a slouch, leaning back against the wall of the Bell Lighthouse Theatre, site of the UFC 140 press conference. His demeanor is so relaxed, if you weren't familiar with the sport you would assume he was waiting for a movie to start rather than gearing up for a main card pay-per-view fight in his hometown.
