Last week, MMASucka.com announced a match-up between T.J. Dillashaw and Mike Easton would be taking place at UFC on FOX 5. Unfortunately, an injury has forced Dillashaw to withdraw from the fight.
UFC officials announced on Tuesday that former TUF contestant Bryan Caraway would step in to face Easton at UFC on FOX 5.
The Washington native, Caraway (17-5) last fought at UFC 149 where he defeated Mitch Gagnon in a ‘Fight of the Night’ performance. This was his first go-round at the 135lbs weight class, as he spent the majority of his career at featherweight.
UFC on FOX 5 is expected to go down at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington. The main event will be a lightweight title fight between champ Benson Henderson and number one contender Nate Diaz.
