TUF 27 Cast And Coaches Announced

The UFC released the cast of The Ultimate Fighter 27 (TUF 27 Cast) on Friday night, as well as the coaches. After UFC 220, the brass wasted no time in renewing Stipe Miocic’s contract and booked the heavyweight champ as TUF coach opposite the light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier. More details on that HERE.

The premier MMA organization announced via press release that this season of The Ultimate Fighter would feature unbeaten prospects from the Lightweight and Featherweight divisions. You can see the detils below.

TUF 27 Cast and Coaches Announced

“The Ultimate Fighter®: Undefeated will also feature a dynamic cast of unbeaten lightweight and featherweight fighters. Each tournament winner will receive a six-figure UFC contract. The season will air for 12 consecutive Wednesdays on FS1, followed by a live finale to be announced at a later date.”

Rumors have swirled for years about the UFC ending the show that launched the company to heights many thought unimaginable. With all other gimmicks exhausted, we get a season of undefeateds. Something that took entirely too long for a show based around showing you the next “big thing” in the sport.

With a combined record of 103-0 the “Undefeated” season should produce several men who can stick around in the UFC for the next few years.
