Beneil Dariush Exceeds Target at UFC 322 Weigh-Ins Friday Morning
Only one hiccup occurred on the scales earlier this morning. While Benoit Saint-Denis (155.6 lbs) came in just under the 156-lb nontitle maximum for lightweight contests, his opponent Beneil Dariush (157.2 lbs) came in 1.2-lbs over the prescribed weight.
As a result, Dariush now cedes 20 percent of his wages to Saint-Denis with the weight miss today. Tomorrow’s main card contest will still happen as planned.
