UFC Fight Night 56 post-fight bonuses: Four fighters take home extra $50k
In the main event, Ovince Saint Preux shocked the world by TKOing the MMA legend Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua 34 seconds into their 5-round light heavyweight main event. In the co-main event, Warlley Alves picked up another win, by taking Alan Jouban the distance. Although, the result was very controversial, as most fans and media members believed Jouban won the fight.
Following every event, UFC officials give away four $50k bonus checks, two are awarding for the fighters that participated in the ‘Fight of the Night’ and two for ‘Performance of the Night’.
