UFC on Fuel TV 4 paid out four deserving “of the night” bonuses to James Te Huna, Joey Beltran, Alex Caceres, and Chris Weidman. Each Bonus winner earned $40,000.00.
Joey Beltran may have been KO’d in his last outing in the UFC, but he proved that his chin was not cracked as he took the best shots that James Te Huna had to offer, and kept coming forward. Both fighters deserved their Fight of the Night bonus.
Alex Caceres stopped seasoned veteran Damacio Page with a second round triangle choke to earn himself submission of the night.
Knockout of the night belongs to tonight’s main event winner Chris Weidman stopping No.3 ranked middleweight, Mark Munoz, with an elbow to the face followed by some ground and pound for insurance. Not only is Weidman bringing home some extra cash, but with this impressive performance he is at the top of the talks for who’s next in line for a chance at Anderson Silva’s title.
