UFC London: How To Watch and Full Fight Card

Competing in his first event since dropping his strap to Belal Muhammad last summer, former welterweight champion Leon Edwards looks to stem the rise of grappling phenom Sean Brady at UFC London.  Also, previous light heavyweight apex Jan Blachowicz returns from a nearly two-year layoff to battle the hard-hitting New Zealand sensation Carlos Ulberg.

In his last trip to the Octagon, Leon Edwards attempted to make the third consecutive defense of his title in his own backyard of England, however, a thorough trouncing from Muhammad saw him drop his 170-lb gold by unanimous decision. Originally scheduled to scrap with Jack Della Maddalena, “Rocky” now finds himself in a crucial matchup opposite the high-level grappler that is Brady at UFC London, with likely title implications on the line for both.

Barring a single knockout defeat to current champion Muhammad in late 2022, Brady has looked nothing short of stupendous in the UFC, racking up wins over tough opposition like Jake Matthews, Michael Chiesa, Kelvin Gastelum and Gilbert Burns.

Should the Philadelphia native turn away another divisional great at UFC London, then he may very well be knocking on the door to a future championship tilt sometime later in 2025.

Giving Alex Pereira the sternest challenge of his light heavyweight career at the time, Blachowicz was ultimately sidelined for the majority of 2023 and 2024 due to ongoing shoulder injuries. Now all healed up, the Pole can quite possibly earn himself a rematch with reigning title holder Magomed Ankalaev with a statement triumph in the UK.

Losing his last fight to Kennedy Nzechukwu in early 2021, Ulberg has recorded a dominant tear through the 205-lb division, blitzing his way through the likes of Jung Da-un, Alonzo Menifield and Volkan Oezdemir. Going toe-to-toe with one of the hardest punchers in the weight class, “Black Jag”’s striking will be put to a firm test opposite a once UFC champion.
