Video: UFC 157 Gracie Breakdown

UFC 157 was historically significant in more ways than one! Not only did we witness the first-ever women’s UFC fight, but Ronda added yet another name to her long list of first-round armbar victims. Most gratifying for Ronda perhaps, was that she overcame incredible adversity in Liz Carmouche’s rear naked choke attempt and closed the deal that finally makes her UFC championship title-holding status 100% official. On top of that, we witnessed the first-ever “Ham Ripper” in the UFC by Kenny Robertson, and boy did it look painful. Ryron and Rener break it all down as usual, and for those with Gracie Breakdown Separation Anxiety (#GBSA) the Gracie Brothers sincerely apologize that it took them 3 days to get this breakdown uploaded. If you enjoy the breakdown, please share it with your friends and all the jiu-jitsu haters you can find!
