The 16th season of The Ultimate Fighter is set to kick off this week. They have gone back to the original taped format for this season.

The coaches this time around are heavyweights Shane Carwin and Roy Nelson. The Ultimate Fighter Fridays gets ready to rock this Friday Sept. 14 on FX.
