In the main event Robbie Lawler won a split decision over Carlos Condit following a five-round war with the top contender for the UFC welterweight Title. It was a close battle, with two judges scoring it 48-47 for the Champion, Lawler, and a third scoring it 48-47 in favor of the top challenger, Condit.
