The famous tag line above comes from UFC Site Coordinator Burt Watson, well that is former UFC Site Coordinator. It was rumored over the weekend that Watson had quit the UFC.
First reports came from Front Row Brian.

The rumor is now official. Watson took to Twitter on Tuesday and confirmed that after 14-years with the promotion he has decided to part ways.

Watson was the man who kept the show moving. He made sure fighters were on weight, he arranged transportation to and from the event and more.
There was no reason given by Watson for his departure.
