Diego Nunes vs. Manny Gamburyan Rebooked For UFC 141

|

Diego Nunes vs. Manny Gamburyan was originally set for UFC 135 back in September, but both men withdrew due to injury. The UFC has now rebooked the fight and put it on what seems like a fairly stacked UFC 141 card.

The UFC announced the match-up earlier today.

Nunes was on route to a title shot against featherweight champion Jose Aldo, when Kenny Florian stepped in his way and defeated him at UFC 131 in Vancouver, Canada.

Manvil’s last fight was a very close decision loss to Tyson Griffin this past June.

The two will meet on the undercard of UFC 141 which will be headlined by a heavyweight clash between Brock Lesnar and Alistair Overeem.

The rumored UFC 141 fight card…
Brock Lesnar vs. Alistair Overeem
Donald Cerrone vs. Nate Diaz
Alexander Gustafsson vs. Vladimir Matyushenko
Jon Fitch vs. Johny Hendricks
Dong Hyun Kim vs. Sean Pierson
Jacob Volkmann vs. TJ Grant
Manvel Gamburyan vs. Diego Nunes
Junior Assunção vs. Ross Pearson
