Gray Maynard defeated Clay Guida by split decision 48–47, 47–48, 48–47 at Friday nights UFC on FX 4 event. This was Maynard’s first win since a loss and draw to Frankie Edgar in their UFC lightweight title fights. Maynard has now re-claimed his place at the top of the lightweight division.
