UFC bantamweight Ali Bagautinov travelled back to his home country of Russia to be a part of a special Olympic event.

Bagautinov was chosen to carry the Olympic torch in anticipation of the start of the games this week in Sochi, Russia.

Bagautinov (13-2) most recently defeated John Lineker at this past weekends UFC 169 event via unanimous decision. He made his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 28 where he knocked out Marcos Vinicius in the third round. He is 3-0 inside the Octagon and currently riding an eleven-fight winning streak.
