A welterweight bout between Stephen Thompson and Brandon Thatch was set as the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 60 in February, but after Tarec Saffiedine pulled out of his main event slot against Matt Brown, Brown was moved to UFC 185 to face Johny Hendricks.

UFC officials announced the card change on Tuesday.

Thompson (10-1) has only suffered one professional career loss against the aforementioned Brown in 2012.  Since then he’s gone on a four fight-winning streak including wins over Robert Whittaker and Patrick Cote in 2012.

Thatch (11-1) has found nothing but success in the world’s largest MMA promotion so far, 2-0 in the promotion, with wins over Justin Edwards and Paulo Thiago.  He’s one of the top welterweight prospects despite being ranked in the top 15.  Nevertheless with a win over ‘Wonderboy’, he’ll likely get a ranked opponent next.

UFC Fight Night 60 takes place live from Broomfield, CO on Feb. 14.
