Just days after losing a unanimous decision to Alistair Overeem at UFC 185, Roy Nelson is already plotting for his next opponent.
A user on Twitter asked if Nelson would be open to grappling against Josh Barnett at Metamoris, “Big Country” responded and both men agreed.
Roy Nelson and Josh Barnett agree to fight via Twitter
Barnett has said he would like to return to the Octagon some time this summer, unfortunately for Nelson that may be too soon. As he announced via his own Twitter account that he broke his hand during the Overeem bout.

Nelson (20-11) is riding a two-fight losing skid and is 1-4 in his last five outings. His lone victory was a first round knockout against Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. Barnett (33-7) has not stepped foot inside the Octagon since his first round loss to Travis Browne in December 2013.
