The former BFL women’s amateur champion, Jamey-Lyn Horth makes pro debut against Coralie Dixon at BFL 54.

Jamey-Lyn Horth Makes Pro Debut
Horth (3-0) trains out of The Sound MMA in Squamish, B.C. and earned the BFL women’s amateur championship in her latest outing. The undefeated fighter won a unanimous decision against Shawna Ram at BFL 50 to capture the belt. The 27-year-old signed a four-fight professional contract with Battlefield Fight League earlier this week.
Dixon (2-1) is the number two ranked woman in Western Canada and number six ranked Canada wide according to Tapology. The Edmonton, Alberta native is coming off the first loss of her career, against Anastasia Nikolakakos at BTC 1 in May of last year.
BFL 54 goes down on March 17 from the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Other match-ups announced for the fight card include Paul Cowie vs. Josh Kwiatkowski, Daniel Richards vs. Gwyn Berry and David Cunningham vs. Kody Smith.
