Not even Typhoon Hagibis could stop the amazing card RIZIN FF has lined up. RIZIN 19 from the Osaka Edion Arena has a number of important and exciting fights in the can. And we will be bringing you complete Rizin 19 results all event long.

Without question, the fights that will be getting the most attention are the RIZIN Lightweight Grand Prix matches. Those fights are Johnny Case vs. Roberto de SouzaPatricky “Pitbull” Freire vs. Tatsuya KawajiriTofiq Musayev vs. Damien Brown, and Luiz Gustavo vs. Hiroto Uesako. The winners will go on to the semi-finals and then go on to the finals for the December New Year’s Eve show. The winner will be awarded the inaugural RIZIN Lightweight Championship. If you are looking to get familiar with all the fighters before the show, check out this article.

One of the other RIZIN 19 fights that will have future championship implications is Seo Hee Ham vs. Miyuu Yamamoto in a super atomweight 108-pound fight. After Ham made her RIZIN debut at RIZIN 17, instead of immediately challenging division champion Ayaka Hamasaki, she challenged the 45-year-old decorated wrestler. The winner of this match will face Hamasaki presumably at the New Year’s Eve show for the belt.

Fresh off his knockout of RIZIN Bantamweight Champion Kyoji Horiguchi in a non-title match, Kai Asakura takes on former UFC flyweight Ulka Sasaki. Many thought that after Asakura’s win over Horiguchi he would get a title shot down the line. Instead, he is putting his contenders in jeopardy taking on Sasaki. If Asakura sees this as a tune-up fight, he is in for a long night. A win for Sasaki might spoil any chance of Asakura getting that shot at the belt.

In the main event, the Czech knockout artist and RIZIN Lightheavyweight Champion Jiri Prochazka meets former UFC fighter and pro boxer Fabio Maldonado. This will be a non-title catchweight of 220 pounds. Prochazka has been on a roll in RIZIN finishing all but one of his fights in RIZIN.

Other fights include shoot boxing star RENA fighting in her hometown, three kickboxing matches, an open weight fight between two big boys who are ready to slug, and the possibility of the beginning of a true welterweight division with a fight between Keita Nakamura vs. Marcos de Souza.

Keep up with all the results here at MMASucka. RIZIN 19 airs live from the Osaka Edion Arena on tonight at, 1 a.m. EST. You can watch the show live on FITE.TV.
