On January 18, Conor McGregor makes his return to the Octagon against Donald Cerrone at UFC 246. It has been dubbed Irish Whiskey (Proper No. Twelve) vs. American Beer (Budweiser) in the build-up to the fight.
McGregor’s Irish Whiskey was released in Canada midway through 2019, so if you feel like dabbling in some different drink concoctions, there are a few options below to make at home during your UFC 246 viewing pleasure.

Ingredients:
1 Bottle of Proper No. Twelve Whiskey
1 12oz Can of Lemonade
1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
250 ml Red Wine
3 Lemons, Sliced into Wheels, for Garnish
Directions:
In a Large Punch Bowl, Add Proper Twelve Whiskey, Lemonade and Fresh Lemon Juice
Refrigerate overnight
Add ice and stir
Top with Red Wine & Lemon Slices for Garnish

1.5 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
.5 oz of Ancho Reyes Liqueur
.5 oz of fresh lemon juice
.5 oz of Cinnamon Syrup
2 dashes of Corazon Bitters
Lemon wheel to garnish
Ancho Chile Powder
Directions: Mix ingredients together, garnish with a lemon wheel and dust with Ancho Chile Powder

.75oz house-made ginger liquor
.5oz lemon
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Shake into a single rocks glass.
Garnished with a dehydrated cinnamon and sugar lemon wheel

.50 honey syrup
.25 ginger syrup
5oz hot water

2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
.75 oz Pineapple
.5 oz Combier Apricot
.5 oz Ginger syrup
.5 oz Lime
Garnish: Cayenne
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Shake until chilled and double strain into a chilled coupe.
