On Thursday, ONE Championship made the first announcements for the official broadcast partners for the upcoming season of The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition.

Sanchit Garg, Senior Vice President of Global Media Partnerships, ONE Championship, said, “I am thrilled to announce that we have named AXN the official broadcast partner of The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition in Southeast Asia, bringing the compelling drama and nail-biting reality TV excitement of one of history’s greatest shows to millions of viewers all across the region.”

“I am also ecstatic to confirm six additional confirmed Free-to-Air partners to carry the show.”

Mediacorp (Singapore), Abema (Japan), KompasTV (Indonesia), LINE TV (Thailand), TV5 Network (The Philippines), and HTV (Vietnam) were announced as broadcast partners alongside AXN (Pan-regional).

AXN airs other globally popular reality shows such as The Amazing Race Asia and Asia’s Got Talent.

The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition will also see various ONE athletes making appearances on the show, including ONE Heavyweight World Champion Brandon Vera, ONE Atomweight World Champion Angela Lee, and Demetrious Johnson.

The show, which is set to premiere in 2021, features 16 contestants competing for a $250,000 job offer to work alongside ONE CEO and Chairman Chatri Sityodtong in Singapore. The first season of the show is slated to air 13 episodes.
