Dustin Poirier placed his fight-worn gear up for auction, as has become the norm for “The Diamond.” The bid for Poirier’s gear, which he wore in his massive victory over Conor McGregor at UFC 257, is starting at $15,000 on eBay.

The memorabilia includes Poirier’s gloves, shirt, hat, shorts, hand wraps and fighter access card. If you’re interested in bidding for Poirier’s gear, you can do so here.

All money from the sale will go towards Poirier’s charity, The Good Fight Foundation. Poirier founded the charity with his wife, Jolie. Together, the Poiriers have helped people in their native Lafayette, Lousiana, and beyond.

The foundation’s next mission is to team up with The Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana by providing all six locations transportation and tutoring to help bridge the gap in academic success.

The Poiriers and their foundation previously built a playground for disabled children at Lafayette’s Prairie Elementary in honor of the late Aaron Hill, a young boy who was diagnosed with the incurable disease ALD (Adrenoleukodystrophy) at the age of 6. Aaron passed away at the age of 7; 14 months after his diagnosis.

The foundation has also supported the Second Harvest Food Bank of Lafayette; raised money for a fallen police officer’s family; supplied students of Acadian Middle School with backpacks and tools; and aided the Batwa Pygmy people of Western Uganda with their water crisis alongside fellow fighter Justin Wren.

Poirier earned one of the biggest wins of his career when he knocked out McGregor at UFC 257 on Jan. 23. The win gave Poirier redemption, as McGregor TKO’d him at UFC 178 in September 2014.

The victory pushed Poirier’s record to 27-6, to go along with his 19-5 (1 no contest) UFC mark. Poirier is a former UFC interim lightweight champion, having defeated Max Holloway for the title at UFC 236 in April 2019.

Poirier also recently became an entrepreneur. “The Diamond” teamed up with Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. to debut Poirier’s Louisiana Style Hot Sauce. The sauce runs for $12 on Heatonist. Poirier’s signature hot sauce is currently sold out, but is expected to return to the virtual shelves on Feb. 4. The hot sauce is made with vinegar, aged cayenne peppers, sea salt, red habanero, celery, garlic and canola oil.
