Quintet is back and broadcasting live from Tokyo, Japan. Quintet Fight Night 7 will host four teams, each with five competitors, in a tournament grappling competition.  Quintet Fight Night 7 results will be updated live right here on MMA Sucka. Quintet Fight Night 7 will be broadcast on UFC Fight Pass from the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

Quintet is a Japanese grappling tournament competition owned by MMA legend Kazushi Sakuraba. Quintet rules focus largely on progressing action, competitors are warned if they begin to stall during a match. It also utilizes a winner stays on system, meaning if a competitor just won their match they will stay on the mat and grapple the next competitor from the opposing team. The structure of Quintet is four teams, each with five members, who grapple in a tournament format. Quintet Fight Night 7 results and rosters are below.

Quintet Fight Night 7

Quintet Fight Night events have four competing teams. For this event, Team Tri-Force will meet Team Wolf in their opening round, and Team Brave Gym will face Team The Body Ride in the opening round. Quintet Fight Night events also have special non-tournament grappling matches. This event’s special matches are Shoya Ishiguro vs Yuki Takahashi, and Garittochu Fukushima vs Mystery Fighter X [later revealed to be Saku Jr.], in an Iron Man Match, plus Koya Okazaki vs Kazuki Hagiwara in the opening match.
