BKFC 21 Results

The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship touches down in Nebraska for the first time tonight, as BKFC 21 goes down live from the Ralston Arena in Omaha. The main event will feature two former Bellator veterans who have found success in their new sport, as Mike Richman faces Dakota Cochrane. “The Marine” Richman debuted with BKFC with a bang bay in April, scoring a stoppage victory over Marcel Stamps in just 71 seconds at BKFC 17. He will once again enter enemy territory at BKFC 21 against Cochrane, who is 3-0 in the sport of bare-knuckle boxing, highlighted by wins over former UFC welterweight champion Johny Hendricks and longtime UFC fan favorite Chris Leben.

The BKFC 21 co-main event is a heavyweight grudge match between two fighters attempting to keep their nickname. “The Hammer” Josh Burns and “The Hillbilly Hammer” Sam Shewmaker have bad blood going into this fight, and it is expected to produce fireworks between the two in the ring. Both fighters are coming off of a loss, as Burns was stopped in the main event of the aforementioned BKFC 17 against Frank Tate, while Shewmaker lost a decision to BKFC heavyweight champion Joey Beltran at BKFC 18.

Longtime UFC and Bellator fighter Houston Alexander makes his BKFC debut as well, competing in a combat sports event for the first time in almost four years when he takes on fellow MMA veteran Wes Combs. The 48 year old “Soldier” Combs won his BKFC debut back in 2019 by disqualification against Adrian Miles, and returns to action tonight against 49 year old “Assassin” Alexander, who will have advantage of a home crowd in a battle between two lethally heavy-handed fighters.

Former UFC and PFL contender Jason High will also make his BKFC debut on the BKFC 21 main card, battling 63-fight MMA veteran and fellow debutant Rocky Long.

MMA Sucka has fight fans covered with BKFC 21 results, with the preliminary card starting live at 8pm ET/5pm PT on BKFC’s YouTube page, followed by the main card at 9pm ET/6pm PT on the BKTV app and FITE TV.
