Team Alpha Male coach Mike Malott of Canada caps off the night in the main event against 22 year old Syndicate MMA product Shimon Smotritsky of Israel. “Proper” Malott (6-1-1) is one of the top prospects out of Canada and most recently submitted future DWCS competitor Solomon Renfro in the first round with the CFFC, and has also fought for Bellator and WSOF. “Assassin” Smotritsky (7-0), on the other hand, is undefeated and owns two wins in Bellator during their stops in Tel Aviv in November 2018 and November 2019.
Spanish hardcore MMA fans will watch to see if flyweight Dani Barez (12-4) can finally live up to the hype against Yair Rodriguez‘s teammate Carlos Hernandez (6-1), while Fortis MMA-trained LFA vet Fernie Garcia (9-1) will take on “Wide Open” Joshua Weems (9-1), a former competitor in both bare-knuckle boxing and bare-knuckle MMA. At light heavyweight, 34 year old North Carolinian “Shyne” Shonte Barnes (6-1-1) finally gets his shot at the big stage when he faces Bellator and LFA vet “Ugly Man” Joseph Holmes (5-1). To open the card, undefeated Mexican standout “El Rayadito” Genaro Valdez (9-0) looks to earn a UFC contract against the Alaskan slugger “Primetime” Patrik White (9-1).
