ONE Championship has a stable of women superstars, and on Saturday, March 26, at ONE X, they will take center stage to showcase their skills.
Women of ONE Celebrate International Women’s Day
American grappling sensation Danielle Kelly will meet Mei Yamaguchi in an atomweight submission grappling contest before a quartet of atomweight bouts helps round out the loaded event, including a highly anticipated rematch between Seo Hee Ham and Denice Zamboanga.
Three of the stars competing at ONE X took to Instagram to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8.
Japanese star Itsuki Hirata will make her return to the Circle against Jihin Radzuan. The undefeated 22-year-old defeated Alyse Anderson in the ONE Atomweight World Grand Prix but was unable to compete in the semifinals. She hopes to have an impactful return to shoot her back into the title hunt.

“I am proud to be a woman. Even women earn. Even women fight. There are things that only women can do. Women’s Empowerment. I love myself,” wrote Hirata in her caption.
Her ONE Atomweight World Grand Prix opponent, Anderson, will also return at ONE X. The American will be matched up against Asha Roka for her return matchup.
In Anderson’s post, the Michigan native showed off her martial arts and motocross abilities along with a picture of the star in a bikini to illustrate how she breaks the mold.
But it will all lead to the night’s main event, where ONE Atomweight World Champion Angela Lee will meet Stamp Fairtex for all the marbles. And the queen of the atomweights had her own post to celebrate the important day.

“I am so thankful for the women who shaped me into who I am. My amazing Mom, my sweet Grandma, my incredible sisters and my loving Auntie’s. Thank you all, for your guidance in raising me to be strong, independent and more than capable of taking care of myself,” wrote Lee.
“I can’t wait to pass these traits and values on to Ava and teach her that she can accomplish anything that she puts her mind to!”

ONE has continued to put the spotlight on the talented women athletes of their roster, and that continues with the star-studded mega-event, ONE X.
ONE X will air live on Saturday, March 26, from the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
