WOTORE will hold its fifth event today in the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre in Gdańsk, Poland. A martial arts, bare-knuckle fighting combined with an atmospheric, theatrical setting will provide a unique experience. In the main event, the former KSW featherweight champion Marcin Wrzosek will take on Vaso Bakocevic. In the co-main event, Bartosz Batra will try to avenge his loss to Michał ‘Matrix’ Królik.
Marcin Wrzosek vs. Vaso Bakocevic
Wrzosek is a former KSW champion, who has been released by the promotion due to his loss to Dariusz ‘Don Kasjo’ Życiński in a boxing match at Fame MMA 12. What is worse, Fame MMA also released him due to Wrzosek assaulting the fan during his exit to the back after the fight. Now ‘Polish Zombie’ is testing a free agency with includes bare-knuckle fighting.
Bakocevic is also a former KSW fighter, who made his bare-knuckle boxing debut at the Genesis event back in 2020. He defeated Dariusz Rutkiewicz via referee stoppage in the second round.

In the co-main event, Królik and Batra will meet in a rematch. Their first fight took place at the aforementioned Genesis, where Królik won via a unanimous decision.
Dominik Owsiany and Jakub Ozga will fight for a 50 K PLN prize money in the finals of the 8 – man open weight tournament which began at Wotore 4. Also, a new openweight tournament begins at this event.
