The full lineup for ONE 159: De Ridder vs. Bigdash has been set for Friday, July 22.
ONE 159 Fight Card Announced
Two title tilts had already been announced for the evening’s two headlining bouts. ONE Atomweight Kickboxing World Champion Janet Todd and Lara Fernandez will compete for the ONE Interim Atomweight Muay Thai World Title before ONE Middleweight World Champion Reinier De Ridder defends his gold against Vitaly Bigdash.
The additional ten bouts on the card were revealed on Monday by ONE Championship.
Strawweights Bokang Masunyane and Hiroba Minowa will go toe-to-toe in a pivotal contender’s matchup. More strawweight action will happen in the opening main card bout when Danial Williams collides with Zelang Zhaxi.
ONE Super Series takes the additional two slots on the main card. In kickboxing action, Zhang Peimian meets Aslanbek Zikreev before Muangthai PK.Saenchai and Vladimir Kuzmin throw four-ounce leather in a Muay Thai bout.
The lead card is just as exciting.
Sinsamut Klinmee returns following his shocking knockout win at ONE X over Nieky Holzken to meet Islam Murtazaev in a lightweight Muay Thai contest.
Former ONE Featherweight World Champion Marat Gafurov and Ariel Sexton meet in a lightweight affair following a welterweight matchup between Jin Tae Ho and Valmir Da Silva and heavyweight action between Anderson Silva and Mikhail Jamal Abdul-Latif.
Submission grappling will not be left out of the equation inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium either. Atomweight grapplers Amanda Alequin and Jessa Khan will step onto the global stage for the first time to flash their ground skills.
Opening the event will be the ONE debut of Lea Bivins. The Sacramento resident meets Zeba Bano in the atomweight contest that kicks off the card.
