ONE Championship returns to American primetime tonight, as ONE Fight Night 7 goes down live from the world-famous Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on the heels of a successful ONE Friday Fights 6 event in the same venue less than 12 hours prior.
The main event is a rematch for the promotion’s bantamweight MMA title, with former champion and former UFC contender John Lineker trying to regain the belt he once had against Fabricio Andrade. The two first met at ONE on Prime Video 3, where the bout ended without a winner after an Andrade shot to the groin rendered Lineker unable to continue. Most believed Andrade was winning the bout prior to the no-contest stoppage, with Andrade believing that Lineker was looking for a way out. They will go at it once again in an attempt to find a resolution in the Brazil vs. Brazil affair.
The co-main event sees Tawanchai PK.Saenchai defend his featherweight Muay Thai title for the first time against Jamal Yusupov. Tawanchai earned three wins in 2022, capped off by earning the title over Petchmorakot Petchyindee at ONE 161. The Turkish “Yeniceri” Yusupov is undefeated at 3-0 in the promotion, most recently defeating Smokin’ Jo Nattawut at ONE 159.
Former featherweight MMA Championship Martin Nguyen has had several opponent changes, but is now set to face promotional debutant Leonardo Casotti having lost three of his last four and looking to build momentum against the 9-2 Brazilian.
Also on the main card, top-ranked bantamweight kickboxing contender Saemapetch Fairtex battles Zhang Chenglong, longtime ONE flyweight MMA contender Danny Kingad faces the debuting Eko Roni Saputra, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu standout Danielle Kelly grapples MMA veteran and 3rd-degree Judo black belt Ayako Miura, and light heavyweight kickboxers Andrei Stoica and Françesko Xhaja square off.
