FEN 45 takes place in Ząbki, a city located near the Polish capital Warsaw. The fight card will feature bouts contested under both MMA and K-1 rules. It also will be headlined by a welterweight title fight between the reigning champion, Cezary Oleksiejczuk, and Mansur Abdurzakov.

FEN 45 Main Event – Welterweight Title Fight

This will be the third title defense for the current champion. Brother of UFC fighter Michał Oleksiejczuk, Cezary Oleksiejczuk won the championship gold back in 2021. At FEN 37 he was awarded a decision win over Aigun Akhmedov. Since then he defended the belt twice against Kamil Kraska and Adrian Zieliński. Oleksiejczuk currently rides a long, eight-fight winning streak and sports a 10 – 2 MMA record.

Abdurzakov has secured his title shot by submitting Szymon Dusza at FEN 42. The WCA Fight Team representative has a 2 – 2 balance in the promotion and currently enjoys a five-fight winning streak of his own.

Rest of the Card

Once more FEN tries to incorporate freak fights into its fight card. This time famous security guard Nikola Milanovic will take on Instagram influencer and combat sports enthusiast, Patryk Masiak also known as “Big Bu”.

The Serbian judoka surprised the Polish MMA community when he stepped in as a last-minute replacement for Serigne Ousmane Dia to take on Mariusz Pudzianowski at KSW 59. Despite the quick loss, he made a good impression with his throw attempts, even forcing Pudzianowski to grab a fence. He also regularly serves as a security guard during various press conferences held by freak fight promotions such as FAME or High League.

This will be an MMA debut for Patryk Masiak. He is a bodybuilding and combat sports enthusiast, who has wide connections to the freak fight circuit.
