Bald. Muscle bound. Tattooed. His nickname is “Give Me Your Lunch Money”. Perhaps an individual you would walk on the other side of the street from if you crossed his path. His name is Kevin Nowaczyk and he headlines APFC 7 on September 3rd as he battles for the APFC Middleweight Championship.

Kevin Nowaczyk: “I Need that Feeling Again”

Debuting in 2007, Nowaczyk has put together a resume that is undeniably impressive. Having stepped into the cage with the likes of Neil Magny, the 34-year-old has fought veterans of the UFC, Bellator, WSOF, KSW, LFA, and Strikeforce. Through 24 professional fights, Nowaczyk has fought to an impressive record of 20-4 with 12 finishes.

Nowaczyk had some strong words to say about his September 3rd opponent, Chris Crosby, and his career opponents.

Obviously unimpressed with the level of his opponent’s previous competition, Nowaczyk points to his career and his high level training partners as his road to success.

Nowaczyk trains out of Valle Flow Striking. The gym is known for its elite level fighters including the #3 ranked UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad. “I train out of a gym called Valle Flow Striking in Bensenville, Illinois. I’ve got Coach Mike [Valle]. Uh, we’ve got some real, cold killers. We’ve got some UFC fighters. We’ve got Belal Muhammad. We’ve got Ignacio Bahamondes. He’s got to be one of the best young strikers in the UFC. . .I’ve got guys that I know that are really going to push me.”

The former HFC Middleweight Champion points to a finish come main event time on September 3rd. “Honestly, as long as I get my hand raised, but I do want a finish. I got a finish in my last fight and I need that feeling again. It is always an amazing feeling. . .I’m definitely going in for the kill, I’m not—I’m gonna look to give the judges a night off because I definitely want that feeling again.”

Kevin Nowaczyk will face Chris Crosby for the inaugural APFC Middleweight Championship on September 3rd. The event will air live on UFC Fight Pass.
