More MMA action takes place in Europe this afternoon. Less than 24 hours removed from the start of Bellator’s new Champions Series, Czech Republic-based Oktagon MMA holds its first show of the spring, Oktagon 55. As always inside the United States, Oktagon 55 will be streamed beginning at 1 pm ET today on DAZN.

In the United Kingdom, today’s card will be shown on Channel 4, while in other international markets, Oktagon 55 is available on pay-per view. 12 fights will be held on the day.

Main Event

Although no championships will be handed out today, the Oktagon 55 main event won’t be short on action in the least bit. Welterweights take to the cage in the headliner as Christian Jungwirth (14-8 MMA, 6-6 Oktagon) battles Robert Pukac (16-12-1 MMA, 4-7 Oktagon) for a five-round tilt and a rematch of a victory by the former two years ago.

Co-Main Event

Immediately before the headlining bout, the co-main event of the evening sees a light heavyweight affair matching Alexander Poppeck (16-5 MMA, 3-1 Oktagon) with Jeremy Kimball (19-10 MMA, 3-3 Oktagon), a veteran of both the UFC and Bellator. This is a three-round fight.

Rest of the Card

Also on the main card this Saturday afternoon is a welterweight bout pitting Mate Kertesz (14-7, 1 NC MMA, 9-6 Oktagon) against Niklas Stolze (13-6 MMA, 1-0 Oktagon), a middleweight fight between Jaime Cordero (4-2 MMA, 3-2 Oktagon) and Dominic Schober (13-11 MMA, Oktagon MMA promotional debut,) a heavyweight contest pairing Ruben Wolf (12-12 MMA, 0-1 Oktagon) with Sebastian Herzberg (4-0 MMA, Oktagon MMA promotional debut), and a contracted catchweight at 192 lbs. seeing Ion Taburceanu (6-2 MMA, 0-1 Oktagon) battle Nenad Avramovic (12-9 MMA, Oktagon MMA promotional debut).
